What is ZEN ZONE?
It is an afterschool program.
Run by the Family Resource Network.
Teaching kids emotion management skills, while laughing at Animated Aliens trying to teach breathing techniques, and calming skills.
Are there crafts involved?
Yes, there are crafts and activities included.
Is it FREE?
YES!
When is it?
Wednesdays from 3:30pm-5:00pm
Do the kids have to stay for the whole thing?
